Welcome to LeafyCam! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LeafyCam Android application (the "App"), developed and maintained by Athira C P.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not use the App.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly in accordance with these Terms.
The photos and videos you capture using LeafyCam are stored locally on your device. We claim no ownership over your media. You retain all rights to your content.
LeafyCam offers an optional Premium subscription that removes all advertisements and disables the watermark on new photos. Subscriptions are billed through your Google Play Store account and are subject to Google Play's terms and conditions.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or this website.
